Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engagement Manager with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic design team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will support senior engagement managers in managing client relationships and project deliveries within the design domain. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent B.Sc graduate to kick-start their career in a leading global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of design projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Support in client communication, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing queries.
Help in coordinating with internal design teams, developers, and other stakeholders.
Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Gain an understanding of client needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
Learn and apply project management best practices within a design context.
