Engine Fitter / Welder

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engine Fitter / Welder to join our manufacturing and assembly team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and welding components for various hardware and networking equipment. This role requires precision, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work effectively in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand assembly and welding requirements.
- Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies for hardware and networking devices.
- Perform various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) to join metal parts according to specifications.
- Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures for defects, ensuring quality and structural integrity.
- Fit and adjust parts to ensure proper alignment and functionality.
- Operate and maintain welding and fitting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any fitting or welding issues that arise during the assembly process.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to achieve production goals.
