Engine Fitter / Welder

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engine Fitter / Welder with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 5 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. This role involves the assembly, fitting, and welding of complex engine components, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards and project timelines. While the primary focus is on mechanical aspects, the B.Tech/B.E. qualification indicates an aptitude for understanding intricate systems and problem-solving within a technical context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise fitting and assembly of engine parts, sub-assemblies, and complete engines according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Execute various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) on diverse materials, ensuring strong, clean, and defect-free welds.
- Inspect and test welded joints and fitted components for quality, integrity, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues related to engine fitting and welding.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Document work performed and report on progress and any encountered issues.
