Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret technical data related to operational processes, similar to understanding complex chemical formulations.
- Implement and refine operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance, drawing parallels to pharmaceutical manufacturing protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, applying analytical skills developed during the B.Pharma curriculum.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports on operational effectiveness.
