Role Summary:
Skill-Lync is seeking a skilled and experienced Engine Fitter / Welder to join our team as a Technical Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for imparting practical knowledge and hands-on training to our students in automotive and mechanical engineering programs. You will guide students through the assembly, maintenance, and repair of engines, as well as various welding techniques, ensuring they develop proficiency and adhere to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive training on engine fitting, assembly, disassembly, and maintenance procedures.
• Instruct students on various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick welding) and safety protocols.
• Supervise practical sessions, ensuring students follow instructions and safety guidelines meticulously.
• Assess student performance through practical evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain workshop equipment, tools, and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Develop and update training materials, curriculum, and practical exercises as needed.
• Ensure a safe and productive learning environment in the workshop.
