We are seeking a motivated and skilled Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of post-M.Tech experience looking to contribute to cutting-edge projects in the Defence & Aerospace industry. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of aerospace systems and components.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Contribute to technical problem-solving and decision-making.
