Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams in India. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions that drive our business forward in the competitive gems and jewellery sector. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Drive technical excellence and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Oversee the architecture and design of new systems and features, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and applicability to our business.
• Champion agile methodologies and best practices within the engineering team.
