Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Engineering Manager to lead and grow our engineering teams at MakeMyTrip. You will be responsible for driving technical strategy, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that enhance the travel experience for our customers. This role requires a blend of strong technical acumen, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the travel and tourism domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage multiple software engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Drive the technical vision and roadmap for key product areas, aligning with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and reliable software systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Implement best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and code quality standards.
• Manage technical debt and ensure the long-term maintainability and performance of our platform.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top engineering talent.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the engineering organization.
