Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Manager to join our growing team in Nagpur. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in managing engineering projects and operations within the biotechnology sector. You will work closely with senior engineers and management to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects.
- Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards in all engineering activities.
- Participate in the design and development of new engineering solutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Learn and apply principles of project management and operational excellence.
