Engineering Manager (M.Tech Required) - Mangalore

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a Master's degree in Technology (M.Tech) and 3-4 years of relevant experience to lead our engineering initiatives in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of innovative technology solutions that support our core insurance business operations. This role requires a blend of strong technical acumen, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of software development lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
