Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Engineering & Manufacturing team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the development, optimization, and execution of our manufacturing processes for water and wastewater treatment equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing principles, project management, and quality control within the engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage various aspects of the manufacturing lifecycle for water treatment equipment.
- Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of new product designs.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation related to manufacturing operations.
