Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, content, IT) to understand and address engineering needs.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for media workflows, broadcast systems, or digital platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various engineering systems and applications.
- Contribute to the documentation of engineering processes, systems, and solutions.
- Participate in the testing and quality assurance of new features and system upgrades.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and tools that can improve operational efficiency and content delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to non-technical stakeholders.
