Engineering Services Supervisor (2-3 Yrs Exp) - Lucknow

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Services Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our engineering services department, ensuring efficient and effective support for our media and entertainment technology infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of technical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of junior technicians and support staff.
- Monitor the performance of broadcast and post-production equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio-visual equipment, IT infrastructure, and broadcast systems.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for engineering services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical services.
- Manage inventory of equipment and supplies, and process purchase requests.
- Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and installations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Generate regular reports on system performance, incident resolution, and team productivity.
