Engineering Services Supervisor (2-4 Yrs) | Ahmedabad

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Services Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the engineering services department, ensuring the efficient and safe maintenance of all plant and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and excellent supervisory skills, suitable for an Any Graduate with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide a team of technicians and maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all plant machinery, utilities, and infrastructure.

Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes for the engineering department.

Assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects and upgrades.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance data.
