Engineering Services Supervisor

Role Summary: The Engineering Services Supervisor will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the engineering services department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of technical support and maintenance for the organization's facilities and equipment. This role is crucial in maintaining the operational integrity of our programs and ensuring a safe and functional environment for our beneficiaries and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of engineering technicians and maintenance staff.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance and repair requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and organizational policies.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, and oversee procurement processes.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their engineering support needs.
- Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Contribute to budget planning for the engineering services department.
