Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Engineering Services Supervisor to oversee and manage the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of our retail facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for our customers and employees across various store formats. The supervisor will lead a team of technicians and coordinate with external vendors to deliver high-quality engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the engineering services team, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure the timely and effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, contracting, and overseeing the work of external service providers.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, inventory, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate necessary actions.
