Engineering Services Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Services Supervisor to oversee and manage our engineering support services. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of technical support, maintenance, and operational activities, contributing to the overall success of our engineering projects and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of engineering technicians and support staff, providing guidance and performance management.
• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of engineering services, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies within the engineering services department.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for engineering equipment and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineering staff when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering services.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering service processes and operational efficiency.
