Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Engineering Supervisor to oversee and manage the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of our logistics infrastructure and equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure all engineering operations run smoothly, safely, and cost-effectively, contributing to the overall success of our delivery network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the engineering team, including maintenance technicians and mechanics.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment, vehicles, and facilities to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with equipment and machinery.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring availability for timely repairs.
• Oversee repair and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
