Engineering Supervisor

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Supervisor to oversee and manage our engineering operations and maintenance activities across our fitness centers in India. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all facility infrastructure, equipment, and utilities, maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and operational readiness. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance monitoring.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all facility equipment, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fitness machinery.
• Oversee corrective maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies related to facility management and operations.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, optimizing stock levels and procurement processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and report on operational costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, and external vendors, to ensure seamless facility operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and safety incidents.
