We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Supervisor to lead our technical team in delivering cutting-edge animation and VFX projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipeline development, software engineering, and team management within the animation or VFX industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects, ensuring efficient workflows, and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of software engineers and technical artists.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of our animation and VFX production pipelines.
- Collaborate with production and creative teams to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production.
- Implement best practices for software development, code reviews, and version control.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance production efficiency.
- Contribute to technical planning and resource allocation for projects.
