We are seeking a highly motivated and research-oriented Engineering Supervisor with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of experience who possess a strong academic background and a passion for leading innovative software product development initiatives. You will be instrumental in guiding a team of engineers, driving technical excellence, and contributing to the strategic direction of our product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of software products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Apply advanced research methodologies and theoretical knowledge to solve complex engineering challenges within the software product lifecycle.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for new and existing software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and other engineering departments.
- Conduct technical reviews, code inspections, and performance analyses to ensure product robustness and scalability.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential application to our product suite.
