Engineering Support Manager - Import & Export Sector (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Engineering Support Manager with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our engineering support functions, particularly within the import and export domain. Your design-centric approach will be key to enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for engineering-related issues, focusing on systems and processes involved in import/export operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, logistics, product development) to resolve technical challenges and improve workflows.
• Assist in the documentation of engineering processes, user guides, and support protocols, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of user-friendly interfaces for internal tools and platforms related to import/export management.
• Analyze user feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement in existing systems and propose design enhancements.
• Support the testing and deployment of new software features or system updates, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
