Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join our growing team at Finnovate Solutions. While our primary focus is fintech, we believe in the holistic development of our employees and are establishing an internal learning and development program. This role will be instrumental in enhancing the communication skills, business writing proficiency, and overall English language fluency of our team members, particularly those interacting with international clients or working on global projects. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging English language training modules tailored to the needs of BFSI professionals.
• Focus on business English, including professional email writing, report generation, presentation skills, and effective meeting conduct.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify specific areas for improvement in spoken and written English.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to employees.
• Create and administer assessments to track progress and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in English language teaching and corporate training.
• Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to integrate English training into the broader employee development strategy.
