Role Summary:
BYJU'S is seeking a passionate and skilled English Teacher for our Lucknow center. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree who possesses strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the English language and its teaching methodologies. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language instruction to students, fostering their linguistic development and academic success. This position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive English language lesson plans aligned with the BYJU'S curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach various aspects of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, writing, and spoken English.
- Create a dynamic and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Assess student progress through regular assignments, tests, and performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Utilize technology and digital learning tools effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and needs of students.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow educators to share best practices and improve instructional strategies.
- Maintain accurate student records and provide regular progress reports to parents and management.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in English language teaching and educational technology.
