You will be responsible for developing and delivering English language training programs to our employees, focusing on improving their business communication, presentation, and technical writing abilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging English language training sessions tailored to the needs of professionals in the IT and consulting sectors.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and effective communication.
- Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to address individual communication challenges.
- Provide feedback on written communication, such as emails, reports, and project documentation.
- Organize and facilitate conversational English practice sessions and public speaking workshops.
- Assess employee progress and adapt training methodologies accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in language teaching and corporate communication.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs and customize programs.
