The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge in medical emergencies, public health, and possess a unique ability to apply doctoral-level research and understanding to practical on-site medical care within a dynamic event environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid in case of injuries or sudden illnesses during events.
- Develop and implement comprehensive medical contingency plans for various event types, considering potential risks and participant demographics.
- Conduct health and safety assessments of event venues to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Oversee the setup and management of on-site medical facilities, including first-aid stations and emergency response areas.
- Collaborate with event organizers, security personnel, and local emergency services to ensure a coordinated response to medical incidents.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all treated individuals.
- Educate staff and volunteers on basic health and safety protocols relevant to event environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in medical research and emergency care, applying doctoral-level insights to improve on-site medical protocols.
- Manage and administer medications as prescribed, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
