Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Enterprise & B2B Sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent Master's graduate looking to build a career in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential business clients, understanding their financial needs, and presenting our diverse range of NBFC products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities within assigned territories, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitor activities.
- Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, and networking events.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Muthoot Finance's NBFC products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge.
