Enterprise Risk Analyst

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Enterprise Risk Analyst to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our architecture and interior design projects and operations. You will play a key part in developing and implementing robust risk management frameworks to ensure the successful and sustainable growth of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide risk management policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments for new and ongoing projects, identifying potential financial, operational, legal, and reputational risks.
- Analyze risk data and prepare reports for senior management, highlighting key risk exposures and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk management into project planning and execution.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation plans.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes relevant to the architecture and design sector.
- Develop and deliver risk management training to employees.
- Manage insurance portfolios and claims processes.
