Enterprise Risk Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to join our India operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the enterprise-wide risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks across the organization. This role is crucial for safeguarding the company's assets, reputation, and strategic objectives within the dynamic Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise risk management (ERM) framework tailored to the Indian textile and apparel industry.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize key risks across various business functions, including operational, financial, strategic, compliance, and reputational risks.
• Design and oversee risk mitigation strategies and action plans, ensuring their effective implementation and ongoing monitoring.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and scenario analyses to evaluate the potential impact of identified risks.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders and relevant stakeholders to foster a strong risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, incident reporting mechanisms, and key risk indicators (KRIs).
• Prepare regular risk reports for senior management and the Board of Directors, providing insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Indian regulations and international best practices in risk management.
• Stay abreast of emerging risks and trends impacting the textile and apparel sector in India and globally.
