Enterprise Risk Manager

Role Summary: The Enterprise Risk Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's enterprise-wide risk management framework. This role is crucial in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the company's strategic objectives, financial stability, and operational efficiency within the dynamic Animation & VFX industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework, policies, and procedures.

Identify, assess, and prioritize key risks across all business units, including operational, financial, strategic, and compliance risks.

Design and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Conduct regular risk assessments and provide reports on risk exposures and mitigation effectiveness to senior management and the board.

Establish and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) to proactively identify emerging risks.

Develop and deliver risk management training programs to employees at all levels.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and best practices in risk management.

Manage and coordinate internal and external audits related to risk management.

Foster a risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
