Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to drive the growth of our corporate partnerships and funding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, with a passion for social impact and education. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with corporations to secure funding, sponsorships, and collaborative projects that support Pratham's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational fundraising goals from corporate entities.
2. Identify and prospect potential corporate partners, including CSR departments, foundations, and business leaders.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target corporations.
4. Understand corporate social responsibility (CSR) objectives and tailor proposals to align with their philanthropic goals.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate Pratham's impact and value proposition.
6. Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
7. Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
8. Collaborate with program and communications teams to ensure effective delivery and reporting of corporate partnerships.
9. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in corporate social responsibility and fundraising.
