We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shift Manager / Supervisor to join our growing team in Vadodara. This entry-level position is ideal for recent M.Tech graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic Defence & Aerospace manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth production flow, and maintaining quality standards during your assigned shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff during assigned shifts.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality control procedures, and safety regulations.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities as needed.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare shift reports.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
