Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist

Role Summary: Pioneer Legal is seeking a dedicated and proactive Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and to promote a safe and healthy working environment within our operations and for our clients' projects. This role will be crucial in developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement in EHS performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with Indian environmental laws and regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Investigate EHS incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Provide EHS training and awareness programs to employees and stakeholders.

Monitor environmental impact and ensure compliance with waste management, pollution control, and hazardous material handling regulations.

Prepare and submit EHS reports to regulatory bodies and senior management.

Stay updated on changes in EHS legislation and best practices relevant to the legal industry and client services.

Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on EHS matters.
