We are seeking a motivated Environment Health and Safety (EHS) professional with 1-2 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, as well as promoting sustainable practices within our manufacturing and operational facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EHS regulations and a passion for implementing effective safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of EHS policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable EHS laws, regulations, and standards.
Organize and deliver EHS training programs for employees.
Maintain EHS records and documentation.
Support environmental monitoring and waste management initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture.
