Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Assistant. This role is ideal for a recent B.Com graduate looking to gain practical experience in EHS compliance within the dynamic events and live entertainment industry. You will support the EHS team in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all event attendees, staff, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of EHS policies and procedures for event sites.
• Conduct basic site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Maintain EHS records, including incident reports, training logs, and compliance documentation.
• Support in the development and delivery of EHS training materials for staff and contractors.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant local, state, and national EHS regulations.
• Coordinate with event operations teams to address any EHS concerns promptly.
• Participate in post-event EHS reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
