Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and to foster a safe and healthy working environment for all employees and stakeholders. This role will involve a broad range of EHS activities, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels.
• Manage environmental permits and ensure compliance with environmental regulations (e.g., waste management, emissions).
• Maintain EHS records and documentation, including incident reports, training logs, and compliance documentation.
• Stay updated on EHS legislation, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate EHS considerations into business operations.
