Environment Health and Safety - Other - B.Sc Professionals

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Environment Health and Safety (EHS) professional with a B.Sc degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will support the implementation and maintenance of EHS policies and procedures within our agrochemical manufacturing and distribution operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and promoting a safe working environment. This role is crucial for upholding our commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting regular safety audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and work practices to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS standards.

Support the development and delivery of EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.

Participate in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain EHS records, including accident reports, inspection logs, and training documentation.

Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to waste management, emissions, and pollution control.

Assist in the preparation of EHS reports for management and regulatory bodies.

Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.
