Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Environment Health and Safety (EHS) professional with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Thane. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent postgraduate eager to contribute to maintaining and improving our safety standards within the food processing industry. The role involves supporting the EHS department in implementing and monitoring safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a culture of safety awareness across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of EHS policies and procedures.
Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Support in incident investigation and reporting, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive measures.
Maintain EHS records and documentation, including compliance reports and training logs.
Participate in EHS training sessions and awareness programs for employees.
Stay updated with relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations in India.
Assist in emergency preparedness and response planning.
