Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Environmental Biologist to join our team and contribute to the ecological assessment and mitigation strategies for our large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian biodiversity, environmental regulations, and the ability to conduct field studies and prepare comprehensive reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ecological surveys and impact assessments for new infrastructure and real estate development projects.
Identify and document flora and fauna, including endangered and protected species, in project areas.
Develop and implement biodiversity management plans and mitigation measures to minimize environmental impact.
Ensure compliance with national and state environmental laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Prepare technical reports, environmental impact assessments (EIAs), and biodiversity action plans.
Collaborate with project teams, government agencies, and stakeholders to address environmental concerns.
Monitor the effectiveness of environmental mitigation measures during project execution.
Provide expert advice on ecological matters to support project planning and decision-making.
