Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in environmental management, compliance, and sustainability within the real estate sector. You will be responsible for ensuring our projects adhere to environmental regulations, implementing sustainable practices, and contributing to the overall environmental performance of our developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIAs) for new real estate projects.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant environmental laws, regulations, and permits (e.g., CPCB, SPCB guidelines).
- Develop and implement environmental management plans (EMPs) for construction sites and completed projects.
- Oversee waste management, pollution control (air, water, noise), and resource conservation efforts.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to address environmental concerns.
- Prepare environmental reports, documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Identify and propose innovative sustainable solutions for building design, construction, and operation.
- Manage environmental audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Stay updated on emerging environmental technologies and best practices in the real estate industry.
