We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Officer with 0-1 years of experience to join our growing team in Pune. This role is ideal for a recent M.Tech graduate passionate about environmental sustainability within the industrial automation sector. You will support the implementation and monitoring of environmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting eco-friendly practices within our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of environmental management systems (EMS) in line with ISO 14001 standards.
• Conduct regular environmental audits and inspections to identify potential risks and non-compliance issues.
• Monitor environmental parameters such as air quality, water usage, and waste generation.
• Support in preparing and submitting environmental reports to regulatory bodies.
• Participate in environmental awareness training programs for employees.
• Assist in waste management and recycling initiatives.
• Stay updated with environmental regulations and best practices in the industrial automation sector.
