Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Management professional with 0-2 years of experience and an M.Sc. degree to join our team in Chandigarh. The role involves supporting the efficient operation and maintenance of critical equipment within our iron and steel manufacturing facilities, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment.
Monitor equipment performance using relevant data and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
Support in the procurement of spare parts and consumables for equipment maintenance.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure equipment reliability and availability.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment management.
