Equipment Management Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Equipment Management Specialist to oversee the procurement, maintenance, and tracking of all company equipment, particularly those used in our creative and marketing operations. This role is crucial for ensuring our teams have the necessary tools to function efficiently and that our assets are managed responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive equipment management system, including inventory tracking, asset tagging, and lifecycle management.

Manage the procurement process for new equipment, ensuring it meets technical specifications and budget constraints.

Coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, and calibration of all equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all equipment, including purchase dates, warranty information, maintenance history, and depreciation.

Conduct periodic audits of equipment inventory to verify accuracy and identify any discrepancies or potential losses.

Manage the disposal or retirement of obsolete or damaged equipment in accordance with company policy and environmental regulations.

Liaise with vendors and service providers for equipment repairs, maintenance contracts, and new purchases.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and operational standards related to equipment usage.

Provide training or guidance to staff on proper equipment usage and care.
