Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Management Specialist to oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimal utilization of our diverse range of industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure the operational efficiency, safety, and longevity of all machinery, contributing to seamless project execution and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all industrial machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify potential equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for equipment repairs and servicing.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, equipment history, and costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards related to equipment operation and maintenance.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in industrial equipment technology and maintenance techniques.
