ERP Architect

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Architect with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree to join our team in Kochi. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-6 years of experience looking to contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning systems within the dynamic Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate sector. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our ERP solutions align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ERP system designs and configurations.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of ERP modules and functionalities, focusing on areas relevant to real estate and construction.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing ERP systems, ensuring seamless operations.
- Participate in data migration activities and ensure data integrity during system upgrades or implementations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and best practices, proposing improvements and enhancements.
- Work closely with IT teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement new features.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP processes and workflows.
