Role Summary:
BYJU'S is seeking an experienced and visionary ERP Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of our enterprise-wide ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our technology roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of business processes, and driving operational efficiency across all departments. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP best practices, cloud technologies, and a proven track record of architecting scalable and robust ERP solutions within a large organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable, robust, and secure ERP solutions aligned with BYJU'S business objectives and technology strategy.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of ERP modules and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive ERP architecture documentation, including blueprints, roadmaps, and integration strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, HR, Operations) to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration of ERP systems with other enterprise applications and third-party solutions.
- Define and enforce ERP development standards, best practices, and governance policies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ERP development and implementation teams.
- Conduct performance tuning, system monitoring, and disaster recovery planning for ERP environments.
- Stay abreast of emerging ERP technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
