We are seeking an experienced ERP Architect to join our growing team at BYJU'S. The ERP Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive ERP solutions that support our rapidly expanding educational technology business. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and a strategic vision for how technology can drive operational efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of our ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future growth.
• Define ERP strategy, roadmap, and best practices.
• Evaluate and select appropriate ERP modules and technologies.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and customization of ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations, IT) to gather requirements and ensure successful integration.
• Develop and maintain ERP documentation, including system design, process flows, and user guides.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ERP implementation teams.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP-related issues.
• Stay abreast of emerging ERP technologies and trends.
