Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Developer to join our IT team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for optimizing our internal business processes and ensuring the efficient operation of our enterprise resource planning system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations, gained through a BBA/BBM degree, and practical experience in ERP development and customization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, customize, and maintain our ERP system to meet evolving business needs within the legal industry.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of ERP projects, from planning and design to implementation and post-go-live support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
• Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and best practices.
