ERP Developer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ERP Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ERP Developer will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP modules, business processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will play a crucial part in optimizing our business operations through effective ERP system management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ERP modules (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) to meet business requirements.
- Write efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code for ERP system enhancements and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, providing timely support to end-users.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose ERP-based solutions.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools using ERP data.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Assist in the planning and execution of ERP system upgrades and implementations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and best practices.
