Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated ERP Developer with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our ERP systems, ensuring they meet the evolving business needs of our financial services operations. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to critical business processes and gain hands-on experience in a leading financial institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, customization, and implementation of ERP modules and functionalities.
- Write efficient and well-documented code for ERP solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP system performance and functionality.
- Participate in testing ERP solutions, including unit testing and integration testing.
- Support end-users with ERP-related queries and provide necessary training.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP systems and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and best practices.
